Food impacts each of us differently and is also tied very closely to our emotional and mental health.
As for me, when it comes to food, I have tried almost every kind of diet and meal plans that are out there (that calls for a separate post of its own). Even though in my youth, I did not have much of a weight issue, as I grew older and especially when I started a full time working career, I have struggled with being overweight. And by no means, I have found the perfect recipe for success when it comes to food and weight loss.
But here in this space, I will start putting together some some recipes, tips and tricks and other tidbits to share my journey with you. However do keep in mind that my recipes may not be clear cut and exact because my goal is not to prescribe exactly how something should be prepared but rather just give you, the reader, enough guidance so you can adjust it for your own interest and needs.
